Hi all,

Hope everyone is well, i'm about to send out introductory letters to various places fishing for new business. I wondered who else does this and to whom do they address the letter e.g. office manager etc.

i my self have done what cms adviced,got some names of people who delted with the cleaning and i also wrote to the accounts manager, thinking they  may deal with this also. I had free fridge magnets with my business cards, so i sent my fridge magnet business cards along with the normal ones back in september. i have been having some inquires at the mo, and have asked the people where did they here of our companyand all replys have said the letters, they kept the magnets! this was the cheapest way to advertise, i was expecting them to say paper or wed site
