house clearance

i may have made a really good contact who may be able to put a lot of work my way,
first is general house clearance, end of tenacy, i assume i will need a waste transfer liecence, is their any thing else i will need?
then he spoke about other cleans where their maybe needles in the property, does any body know if their is any thing extra needed to do this sort of work??

You will need a licence if you remove waste from site - or just get a skip. If you get a licence get the broker part as well which allows you to store the waste ie a skip at your yard or a sharps bin.
Needles need to be treated with respect, you'll need full rams, proper ppe, some 429 or similar and a little training for your PL ins. I'll talk you through it if you want to ring me
