I have an 800 litre skid tank and have been using the Serge Control Disc's to baffle the tank. They work ok but you can not get them tightly packed  in the tank, so wondering if anybody has used something different? I have had to take them out as i have a blockage from the tank outlet to the pump, so now would be a good time to use something different.

not 100% sure what you are after but these seem useful for that sort of thing http://www.tanksdirectuk.co.uk/tank_accessories/small_baffle_ball_(packs_of_10) i know some cut up guttering down pipe to baffle tanks.

Thanks for the reply Paul, i have very similar things made by a company called Serge Control in the USA. I had thought about land drainage, but cant be bothered with the messing about, so i think ill stick with what iv'e got.

In a sailing boat I build I used coke bottles I drilled hole in, any plastic bottles will work.Drill 5x 8 mm at the bottom and leave the lid off.you could buy empty bottles off Internet.eg cooking oils bottles.
