Bayersan Customer Service

Had the head drop off of a 4month old bayersan pole on Monday morning. The rivets in the collar have pulled right out of the glass pole. I rung and asked what they could do.

After my first call at 9.15 I was told to ring back in 2 hours and someone would be able to help me. Phone was then engaged till about 1pm. When I finally got hold of someone I was told..

It's not a fault because "its only happened about 4 times in the time they have been making poles"!?

They said they would send a replacement collar, but no fixings as it was not their fault. It's Friday, I have no replacement! I thought you should all be aware of this experience before possible purchases!

why have you bought that horribble horrible pole, have a look at gardinerpolesystems in the rare event one of their products is faulty, alex (the owner) will do everything to make it right for you

Alex is the greatest his pole is long and stiff why go some where else

I like the bayersan brushes, their prices rock, they'll do ok.. Maybe you dropped your pole, and that's why it broke.

I can assure you I did not drop it. Just not fit for purpose. Yes I'm guilty of looking for a cheap pole. Live and learn!
