Sounds like loose wiring. check the terminals to the battery ,Then the switch . If this does not help, Plug in the charges and see if the pump increases its speed. if its the battery the pump revs will not increase in speed.,

.
If the Flowmaster electronic pump controller display is on and the pump just don't run all the time try calibrating the pump through the controller

I would agree with Paul and suggest you calibrate the controller using the auto cal function.

http://www.springltd.co/node/44 for quick start and auto cal guide

If this does not solve the issue check for any blockages or air locks and the battery level.

Also check any connections between the pump control and battery in particular replace any corroded connectors

ok just cleaned my own windows (what a mess) i think it was a lose wire cos i pushed all connectors in tight and all is fine at the moment it was like pump working and it dies for a second and water stoped flowing for a sec then boosted up and died again and boosted up err a bit like hic ups, time will tell.

That is exactly what happens with a flat battery. I got caught out on Thursday and had to finish early because of it.

I have a freedom trolley as well and have the same problem, usually would work a good 6 - 8 hours now lucky if I can do 4 houses before it starts cutting out, think Im going to have to replace the pump or battery tried everything else.

It sounds like it could be the setting on the controller, when it stop starts what does it say in the screen? If it say DE then its the controller setting if it says bat then its the battery. Give Pure Freedom a call its the easyist way.
