Did 3 on a pikey site few weeks ago who paid £70 each, they were bloody spotless and I even got a freebie gas cylinder (full) for my bbq pmsl
Overall, I'd say for the static, 3/4 bedroom and upholstery i'd go in at £120, they clean up mint even if they look a state and take around 2 - 3 hours.
Done a few on the east coast when I first started but the porty kept blowing the circuits, much better with the tm
