Bad weather
« on: March 01, 2012, 03:36:23 pm »
just interested to hear how you all cope with customers in bad weather.

Do you try to fit them in on another day or leave till following clean is due?

Personally, I try to fit them in on another day but it's not always possible.

if trad then they are a pain in the arse, with water fed pole put a peaked hat on :-) seriously though if your water fed pole just expalin that you work in most weather to keep it regular and reliable and you offer rain gaurantee that you will call back and clean any windows they are not happy with

BRING IT ON!!  We need a couple of months of bad weather to satisfy the water companies before they start claiming that we're all going to die of thirst and it's all down to those evil window cleaners using it all up ;D

If for some reason I cant get to customers on a certain day then I try to fit them in ASAP. I am only curious to see how others deal with it.

IMO its madness to miss a shedload of customers out because it happens to be raining when you are due to clean their windows. Just carry on where you left off before it started raining.

Its probably my fault for not being clear with the original post. I was referring to bad weather..ie Snow, Freezing Temps etc
