i had a stinker  >:(
property managed job £104 for 3hrs work looks to be cancelled   >:(

reason being they dont like WFP and like seeing man on ladders doing proper job ?????????

i took this over 3 cleans ago from a tradder ,and they are prisine now, they were in a right state when i got them too he left all soap lines too  :o :o....

no way am i doing 3 storeys on ladders so they have to find another cleaner.

thats why i hate commercials of this type , too many busybodys for 1 job.

oh well the proverb dump and replace with 2 more is now dump and replace with 10 more

my mother lived a similar property,it was changed over to wfp all the old dears moaned so the company sent a detailed letter to all residents explaining why it was necessary to change to wfp, mainly health and safety, but explained about the water residue etc this seemed to work
i could be wrong but aren't the management company also responsible for health and safety,ie risk assessment, and they would be in breach of the law by hiring someone to do it by ladders?

the residents are a ltd company.  (really affluent area)
using property management company to deal with day to day stuff.

the management company informed them that tradders are breaching health and safety guides.
said they not bothered and will find new tradder ????

i was cleaning another managed property today right  next door , had a look around the others windows in case there was any problems.
no rubbish 4wks later they are still spotless. and put the last cleaner to shame, they were disgracefull when i took them over..

my lesson i thought had been learned years ago, lol
