Wow how things have changed!!

Hi guys I am Rich from ShireOaks Cleaning covering oxon, warks and northants!
Was last on here 3-4 years ago when I decided to sell up and follow a career in optics! What a crap idea that was lol ! Used to trade as A&R windows back then!
Just wanted to say hi and after a little read have noticed this forum has certainly changed  since I used to be on here!!
Will be wfp and trad!! Due to start 1st March and can't wait to get out there canvassing and working for myself again!!

Cheers buddy I actually can't wait!! I think all I have learnt since working for a large optical store is to be more aggressive when it comes to business and getting work lol!! Can't wait!!

Haha yeah buy one window cleaned get 1 free lol!! And much prefer custys I get during the colder months as they seem a lil more loyal just thought it's either start now or I will forever be working for some1 else!! No time like the present!!

Welcome back to the forum mate.  My brother works for a well knows high street opticians, tried setting up by himself with someone he works at the same store with an online optician dispenser thing.  Loads of paper work and registering with companies house etc, and after a year of researching and setting up and only got 1 customer.  It was the company he works for  ;D  He kept his job, but his partner got the sack...

Nice to have another friendly contributor in the forums mate.
