cant remember how it was done,i tried, but mine  never looked right so trow me toys out the pram,and never got back around to it

Click on 'system'
then 'settings'
then 'printing' tab
tick the box that says 'use logos for invoices etc'
click 'select file'
find the file of your logo then click 'open'
