What prices can you get for gutter clearing?  I'd be interested to see the range of prices people charge, and what you can get away with from domestics?

average size 3 bedroom semi £120 take it or leave it ive done plenty at this price , there was a team who came round a area i used to live and charged a neighbour £400 .
the thing with gutters is that ive never really been bothered about doing them so i just say £120 or in some cases more just so they can turn me down , but they all accept the price .

3 bed semi or small detached we charge at least £20 a side, we do this via a Gutter Vac. It takes probably 20/30 minutes to do front and back, set up and pack away.
We sometime charge over them odds, like a few weeks back we did a 5 bed detached which crud hanging out all over the place, we played on this a little and charged £120, it took an hour all in to do.
Along them lines our biggest ever gutter clean was a £240 job, took under 3 hours. Big old house.

I would say dont ever underprice a gutter clean, its a messy horrible job! If in any doubt charge more thank you first think.

A lot seems to depend on where you are. I charge £35 for a terraced house and I always have the defibrillator handy as about half have a heart attack when I tell them Gutter cleaning seems to have stuck in peoples minds as a job the windy used to do once a year for 6 shillings.

But in other areas people seem to charge a healthy amount (like ds above). I wish I could get that round here.

3 bed semi clear out gutter clean outside fascia and sofits £45 a side

i generally just do outside gutter anf fascia clean if can get away with it
£25 a side nor mally takes a hour

i charge 5.00 per meter . seems to work for me

i wont do gutter clearing.cant be arsed getting the ladders off the roof rack.also dont wanna risk my neck at gutter height anymore!!

used to do it years ago for around £20-£30 front and back on small 3 bedders if they were not too bad.clearing out only.

i stick to window cleaning,fascias,outside gutter cleans,conny roof cleans.ive got plenty of work!

i charge  £70 for a terraced and any where up £140 for bigger houses use a gutter vac and enjoy doing them and think what sells to the customers with connys is i can still clean the inside off the gutter over there conny useing the vac
