handy video that poleman!i think ill be doing a full pole refurb to both my slx and clx one day.ive been using them for around a year each and no problems with joint stop tape/clamps yet but i reckon another years wear and ill be ready to replace all clamps and tape on both poles.
i flush my poles out around once a month with a hose up the base section then a light covering of ptfe spray.think ill replace my end caps now though as their pretty worn!
