WFP spotting on first cleans
« on: February 01, 2012, 01:17:14 pm »
Hi,
Looking for a bit of advice on why i am getting spotting on first cleans with my wfp system. Water is about 2-3ppm is this still to high or is it something else such as not rinsing enough etc.

Cheers Jez

Had it set at 35 but have now reset it at 45 and have done my own house and it seems fine. Area i was in today was in a building site and i wonder if dust in the air was getting into the water before it dried.

Dust doesnt usually have Calcium, in it but you may get concrete dust from a bulding site, you may find that hydrophopic glass will always leave some spots.
