Disclaimer Form
« on: January 27, 2012, 06:13:24 pm »
Hi, does anyone have a half decent disclaimer letter I could pinch and alter to suit.  Had a customer today with a large strip of lead hanging off a window, I told them we would not be held responsible for any further damage if there was any.

We're due to visit again next month but unless they sign something I'll be dropping them.

Cheers.

you could glue it back on  for a few quid  ,tell the customer you have the know how and gear (id use a hot-glue gun for a surefire  result)

Yes I did mention that, she's not quite the full ticket to be honest.  Said she had a man that looks after her window work  ;D

That's why I'm after a disclaimer form  ;D
