A window cleaning mate of mine called me today for a chat and during conversation told me of a nice commercial job he had just picked up this morning in Ellesmere Port simply by going in and offering his services - his new year resolution is to call into premises whenever he sees em ..... Nice job and nice day rate !!

Here's the punchline ...... I drove past it twice yesterday once on way to Liverpool and again on way home to North Wales - think I need to open my eyes more.  :

Thats why I say to any guys I work with - on your travels list the buildings you want me to call - they should be on the main list.  Out and about if you see a building, put it on the list - and it will get called...
