hi everyone, been asked to go and clean inside and out on a regular basis  a fairly big woodfloor wharehouse shop, problem is,my commercial work has all been "handed down"via buying rounds etc,how do you price these? ie £30.00 per hour or guestimate?not sure yet whether its monthly/twice or weekly-surely there has to be a "rule of thumb" on commercial jobs?the job is in leeds city centre to give you an idea of location,i know its a dog eat dog world at the moment but am i about right in thinking of £30.00 an hour for this?

thanks sunshine was gonna try to go for that kinda hourly rate on this one-do you charge extra for insides or is it based on the hourly rate?

i base most jobs at that hourly rate . however sometimes it takes longer than anticipated and you lose a little but on other hand you could do it quicker. another way is work out how long the outsides take and id do the insides for 1 and half that rate . it takes longer to do insides
