Now if the van was a 58 plate and it had a top spec heayed system in the back it would be realistic but I don't think it would take me a month to canvass £700 of work? I think any window cleaner would only pay £15k if they were going to make their money back in 6-12 months. Saying its got potential to me means I know it could be worth more but I can't be a*sed getting off my backside and making it that big

saying its got potential means nothing!! probably means go and nock on doors and you will get a few more customers.. so may as well just start your own and nock anyway cant really live off 700 quid a month anyway

I'll be honest Dave before I packed in I got my brother in law in to help me out and between us we canvassed and cleaned about £140 a months worth of work in 2 days. So I can't justify that kind of layout of cash for £700 a months worth of work. I have bit the bullet and got myself an 02 plate escort and I'm currently racking my head to find the cash to get a water fed pole system. Once that is at my door I'll be spewing my job and going for it. I'll knock 7 days a week if I have to while its light and do leaflet drops all night if I need to.
