40/40 ro man system

hi i bought a 40 40 ro ..man system in the summer when i got it .it was really fast fill up .it then slowed right down and ended up getting new ro membrane. now on my second and now its starting to slow again back flush it evey time i use it to im in a hard water area . got no water soffener does any one have this problem regars carl

have you replaced the pre filters? that can slow production down.

I have the same system, mine is over 4 years old and still on the original RO membrane. It does slow up if you don't change the pre filters, i always change them every 3 months.

Whats the pressure? Do you have a booster pump?

I think it also has something to do with water tempereture, as the colder weather comes, production of water slows down, even with booster pump.

Yep mine slowed right down last winter!!
