Companies House Question

If you buy details of another company from companies house website do they notify the company that you have bought the information?

As above, no you dont have to inform the company.

LEarned this on Dragons Den when they got one girls company accounts and proved she lied on her application. She was wound up that they had some how got hold of her accounts and didnt even know it was avalible for public viewing (be it at a cost)

was class that episode ;D

most of the accounts will be abbreviated because they don't turn over 3 or 5 million is it? so basically you wont find any accounts it will just be very limited details

Only shifty company's put abbreviated up, normally when their profit margins are low.
