Billy

Several different ways you can do it!

Any more details?
Type of Floor?
Type of Paint etc?

You could whip it off with Aqua Mix Sealing & Coating Remover or we have special heads that go on a rotary called Pavelux that will grind it off

Let me know mate and I will see if I can help
