i agree ,it is the horse and cart in comparison to a new Scania truck yes. however it pays pretty good and since i got workers i dont feel im at break point and nor do my lads . not one has ever quit on me(unless you include temporary dizzy spells ,young Conor only ) as they enjoy it and i earn more now than i did when runnin a full day alone
i took a big leap this yr when i started employing and yes i was seriously messed about with ne"er do wells but i now have 2 decent and already a 3rd ,a woman ,who will come in with me , in Feb . shes in her 40s but is keen to do it and looks agile
