unless you call a halt to takin on new customers you will burnout your body. every man has his limit

its like Henry Ford , now once his cars got popular if he had tried to work harder and faster ,eventually his body would have failed if he tried to make em alone  . he then took on men  etc
Also what happens if you get sick, everybody gets sick sometime , well on your own the work piles up and youve a mountain to shift  when you return to it.  i believe you must share the load

Thing is bobby your trad only so your in need of a bit of help as its the "horse and cart"of window cleaning.

Better priced work, wfp and being organized you could earn the same if not more than employing a lad.less hours to earn it and no hassle.
price higher/work harder!

i agree ,it is the horse and cart in comparison to a new Scania truck yes.  however it pays pretty good and since i got workers i dont feel im at break point and nor do my lads . not one has ever quit on me(unless you include temporary dizzy spells ,young Conor only  ) as they enjoy it  and i earn more now than i did when runnin a full day alone

i took a big leap this yr when i started employing and yes i was seriously  messed about  with ne"er do wells but i now have 2 decent  and already a 3rd ,a woman ,who will come in with me , in Feb .  shes in her 40s but is keen to do it  and looks agile
