Bridgepoint avenge fabric pre spray

Has anyone used this? It sounded great an Alltecs websight, suppose thats the point but it arrived yesterday and the dilution rate is either neat on very heavy soil or 1 part avenge to 1 part hot water on heavy or medium soil, does it work weaker? Think I may not buy this product again.
