that was mark something or other/and other names, I think he bit off more than he could handle to quickly.

but I Think approved is a well established company, that are hopefully up to the task

thats one of the problems when u take on national stores .
 have you enough money to cover wages while waiting for money off big boss .
  doesnt matter if he does no shops his self if he makes a few quid off each store he s still smileing .( good luck fellow window cleaner )
