i have been using george for years, brilliant software, but if i was to be convince to go online, i would want to be refunded my money for george, or a trade in £50 of then i would consider going george online

Thats like your custies asking for a refund for all the trad cleans you did when you changed to poling....

£50 is not the issue  here, what i am saying, is i have used and still do the george software, and can not say a thing wrong with it, also what i am saying is, thousands are using this software, but to convince me, them,  to convert over to online george, they should give us some incentetive to change over, unless am missing the point here, do they transfer all our details from our george to online, hey companies offer deals everyday, so why not george, if they did this, i would change over no problem,
