Graffiti Removal Training etc

Hello,

Can anyone tell me if and where i can get on a training course for Graffiti Removal? or is this a hands-on testing procedure with chemicals/power washing and hope for the best?
and what is the best chemical/procedure for cleaning UPVC window frames?

Try Tensid plc they are based in Stains, Surrey, they are on the net if you cant find them let me know.
