I had a system fitted by Neal. Few weeks back , quick efficient installion ,
Back up battery wasn't working & system had no power a few days later .
Called Neal he made a 4 hour journey back down & sorted out the problem .

So can't complain at the mo & would recommend the van mounted system ,
As for after sales service , he is a long way off , but then there's no one local in my area ,
& he's sorted me out when I had a problem .

He installs bespoke systems , which is good as he's works round what you've got
& is very knowledgeable about all the sytems & helps you out with other things ,

& he's good on price .

He sorted out my ro system , while he was at my place .
 ;D

As stated previously, I have a system from Neal too, and it is what it is, he seems to shre the same view as me, and keeps it simple.

If you want to pay fortunes for something that does EXACTLY the same thing, but looks a little fancy and has a flash leaflet, website, sales pitch to go with it, then that's your choice.

I don't mind saying , I paid 1200 & got 2 reels , 650 litre tank , two pumps , 2 out puts at side of van 2 of everything , battery , charger , to enable me to operate with 2 people , all bolted into chasis , Invoice etc ,

Did shop around & looked at pure freedom etc & various others , but Neal
Was the most helpful as he's the guy who fits as well , when spoke to pure freedom
They werent that helpful , & the basic price just kept going up .

I use pure freedom trolleys & like here kit , but the van system can be matched by neal , he understands pretty much everything about what he's fitting
Is a engineer by trade .
 :D :P :-* ;D ;)

Always make me suspicious when new members advertise products !

I'm sad to say that that was the first thing that crossed my mind. The initial post had an advertising ring to it. Why didn't Darren reply to the original thread as apposed to starting a new one?

Whilst its good that Bushboy for example believes that he has had a first class service from this company, we also know that fitting a van mounted system is not that complicated, even although it may appear to be for someone new to WFP. Many DIY systems are just as good as the main suppliers. It's not rocket science.
I would also ask why a simple check wasn't made to the system before it left the factory to ensure that the charging system worked. If it wasn't connected up during installation even if in error, then I couldn't give this company full marks for a well designed and fitted system. If it did work then and didn't later, then that is part of his after sales service pledge and guarantee that he needed to honour.

It was your right to receive that service, after all, you had been inconvenienced by that failure. It's wrong for you to feel that he has done you a favour to repair/replace faulty equipment/workmanship that is his obligation to you to begin with.

As I have no experience with K Systems quality, design and fitting, I am in no position to confirm or challenge you comments about their products. (To put this in perspective, I personally did notice on their ebay advertising that they use a really heavy duty hose reel.) But what I am saying is that his after sales service must be put into the right context.

I also see that they are advertising a 2 man setup with R/O system for £2685.00 which is a lot more expensive than the £1200.00 you paid, although I guess your system didn't include the R/O etc as you have that seperately at home. The figures don't quite seem to add up in by mind though.

Oh BTW, K Systems are also going to have a website shortly.

Sorry, didn't see that. I wasn't having a go at you inparticular Darren; I'm sure you were genuine in your comments, it just came at a time when so many new posters turn out to be company stooges in disguise.

All said @ done , we all had to start some where , I like the idea of giving other
Start business a chance , just As custys have done with me over the years ,

It's early days for k systems , bit of free advertising is surely  no crime ,

I'm not saying to buy his kit or not , just that I researched the Market
& thought he was knowledgeable & competitive ,

I got his details through recommendation , not the the forum & just stumbled across this link ,  ;D

Sure the kit isn't perfect & yeah he does take time to get back to you some times ,

But then I'd could say of pure freedom when I spoke to them about there kit
& back up service ,

Ones things for certain , if I can't fix the kit in 12 months my self if something goes wrong , I'd ave a long journey to either of them to fix & would rather pay a small
One man band to fix than a larger company with all there overheads .

In saying that
