i understand that a wfp can be made from a carp pole but i was thinking is it possible 2join a few together to make a 60ft plus pole . thanks steve.

yes you can, you don't need to join different poles, you need a pole that comes with parallel extensions and you just add these to get the extra height

Hi guys just off out  Any 16m pole will give you a  42ft useable, add 3x extension sections @ 5ft5" will get you to 57ft then you have 3-4ft reach so 60ft for approx £450 new or you could look for second hand fishing poles, they are extremely light.
