iv got a problemo!!!!!

our tap water comes out at 130ish tds which then goes thru our pre filters and comes out at 165tds the water then goes thru our ro membrane and is coming out at 89tds which then goes thru di vessel and reads 26tds

i have just changed the pre filters,resin was changed last monday and not really had that much go thru it, do you all think it is the ro membrane which needs replacing.

only bugger is the fittings are rounded off and bit of a ballached to replace the membrane which we do have a spare one on site

i had a similar problem with my merlin. my advice would be to first make sure that all the filters are fitted and are 'sitting' correctly, as air can get in and mess things up. do you know the psi ?

Had a similar problem , TDS went high after the R O , that was after new pre filters and change of resin, last thing i checked was  the waste pipe ,nothing coming out, the flow restrictor had failed, changed it out and all ok again.

all sorted now replaced the 4040 membrane and resin and kept new filters workin lovely now 2 litres every 49seconds!!!!!!!! at 000 tds
