2012 Problem Solving
« on: October 18, 2011, 04:24:58 pm »
Good afternoon everyone, as the winter draws upon us, I’m thinking about the problems and challenges I’ve encountered this year, what problems lie ahead and what I can do to best protect my business. Like me, do people have a need for more sales leads, how best to deal with and convert them or getting paid on-time?  I’m thinking of focusing on more sales and marketing training or is safety training still the way forward? What other training are people thinking of undertaking or what people think is the best way forward to keep the roof over their head and maybe have holiday!
Look forward to hearing from you soon

Regards
Reece
Ps: Just out of interest, does anyone think they get good value of  Safecontractor or any other accredited scheme and does it win you any business

Hi Gavin,

We have a funded training course going at the moment!

It is a series of 4 workshops, 1 day a month, for 4 months!

Workshop 1 - Hazard & risk assessments. The law, learn the easy way. Templates provided.

Workshop 2 - Development, communication & company branding. What makes you stand out? Setting up works controls.

Workshop 3 - Working at height solutions. Theory ladder selection, inspection and safe use. The law behind flat roof access.

Workshop 4 - Water Fed Pole Training, Ladder Practical, Safety Harness & Setting up your work area. Practical Assessments.

Let me know if it's something you'd be interested in! :)

Cheers,

Tom
