Without doubt, Showa 377 gloves. Cheap, and up to the job.

Only £4 off ebay I think.

Tried them all, but these seem the best so far! Durable, easy to get on and off, thin enough to retain feel, and grippy when wet.

Even on bitterly cold days they were fine once I got warmed up.

Also, I'm after a set for Wor Lass, for a Christmas present.

I want waterproof and totally warm; all fluffy and lined on the inside; something that'll help stop her from whining about the cold when it's bitter.

Any ideas?  ;D

Joka Polar.

Had some last year and just bought a new pair. They now have a fleece lining instead of the fluffy furry stuff.

Had a quick try this morning cos it was a bit chilly (mard arse I know)

Purchased.

She'll be chuffed to Naafi breaks with these; I can just see her little face light up with smiles.

Can't wait.

Oh, no, actually, I'm confusing her getting the gloves with me getting cancer.  Darn!  :-X

Tosh can you let me know how "wor lass" gets on with size 10?  I'm looking for a pair for my daughter so would be interested in how they fit female hands.

Cheers

They look good. Bit too good for staff though, they will lose them, and generally not care for them, so at over £20, I'm out.
