Ian, long time no see. Hope you are well. I thought I'd put this URL up about my charity bike ride in aid of a hospice local to me that I am doing a charity bike ride for in India in 7 weeks. Being as we've spoken a bit in the past and got to know each other a little I thought I might take the liberty of bringing this to your attention. If I've overstepped the mark I apologise.
