Not that type you dirty beggars!

Just spent the last 2 hours doing the images, and creating the video, uploading it to youtube - please take a look and let me know what you think.

Ash,

!/ Instead of www.Floors2Show.co.uk ,    put      http://www.Floors2Show.co.uk .

That will give you a clickable (albeit no followed) link back to your website.

2/ Long term, it's best to stick to royalty free music to avoid aggro. I notice that Youtube is removing the audio in a lot of videos that have copyrighted music. As your video does not have a song title you should be alright.

Funny how it takes hours to produce a couple of minute's worth  :)

Nice one Ash. On your next one I'd go for a diffent background and text so it's easier to read.
It's not expensive, you just can't afford it.

i don;t think photos work well as videos they tend not to be clear enough to get the point across, I watched the video on full screen and still didn't think the photos put the point across very well,  With before & after photos the difference has to be incredibly different to work.

this video did show a lot of skill, with some decent very clear photos it would work better

Cheers for the feedback chaps.

As for the text being light, it was fine when I made it - but the crappy resolution on the upload killed it a bit. At least I know for next time.

Thanks for the Http tip gary - I've actioned that already.

As for the speed of the slides, I was trying not to let it drag on, to keep peoples attention. It's already nearly 3 minutes long, which I thought was long enough baring in mind the ADHD generation that seems to be around at the moment! I might edit it to make it a bit longer though.

Maybe just needs rendered at higher quality with the YouTube preferred frame rate so it doesn't lose quality in the upload.

I think the music will be fine. I have done a couple using tunes from iTunes and all they do is put a link to iTunes or emuskc for the viewer to purchase.

Nice vid. What did you make it with?

Thanks Jamie,

I did look for any way to change the frame rate but couldn't see any options on the editor.

It's a program called "Memories on TV", basically a drag & drop editor that came free when I bought Print Artist Platinum.

As for the music, it did come up with a warning when I uploaded but so far so good...

Normally you will get an email regarding the copyright. It usually states take no action. I got aemail this week inviting me to apply for monetization of my channel so they can't be that fussed.
