I've just picked up a small office block. They told me what they were quoted by one of the big boys. I'm suprised they get any contracts at all

We have just picked up a new Wilko's in our area, thought it a bit weird that they weren't using a national contract.

Ah well just wait and see, picked up a hotel job today for £400 every 4 weeks  ;D
