Hey, ive just bought a old varistream off someone but the wires have been taken out inside, i know 2 are + and - to battery and +& - to pump...can anyone tell me which ones they are please

There is the information written on the circuit board below that green block connector, the writing is upside down as you show your controller.....
Anyway from the top as shown in your pic....

MTR -ve
MTR +ve
Batt +ve
Batt -ve

Ok i finally wired it up as was said

when just the power isplugged in, the light turns on and off GREEN when operating switch.

But when you connect pump, the pump does nothing and the light goes RED and when switching it off the light flashes RED

Any ideas?

try turning that blue numpty, see if that makes any difference

Wish I could help here Best advice would be to contact Williamson pumps who make the Varistream. They may be able to advice why the pump will not run.

It may be that the unit has a DE adjustment on it some where which may explain why it will not drive the pump.
