Is there much difference between these 2 poles??

Been considering a new pole but is there a major difference between the SLX35 and SMAX40-C??
apart from bit of extra price and height...

be good if someones got both and can comment

(then again that would be quite greedy  ;D having both poles lol)

I've got the s-max 45...

It's a great pole, but all i can compare it to is my old 40' which isn't even in the same decade!

The only difference between the latest SLX35 and the Super-MAx40C is that the Super-Max has one extra section making it a longer pole. It is is the same collapsed length (hence the C for compact), but is 1.55m longer when fully open. Due to the extra length it is also 350g heavier than the SLX35 at 2400g. The carbon fibre is the same high quality cloth and matrix system in both poles.
