help reconditioning my powermax
« on: September 30, 2011, 11:47:27 am »
hi all,

Is there anybody near me that can help me? i want to chuck a couple of new vac motors and a new pump in my prochem powermax! Haven't done bad, i haven't ever changed them since i had them and i bought it in 2004!!!!

I haven't used it since feb as i use a truckmount! i tried in once since then and to be honest it was pants compared to the TM, and i hate to say it but i got so frustrated i threw it in the skip at our unit and was never going to use it again, but i kept thinking you never know there might be that time once or twice a year you need it, so i've taken it out the skip tried it and its still working!! but it's still pants, so i want to try changing thee above and hoping that helps a bit!!! If not it will go back in the skip or on ebay and i'll buy another one!!!  ;D

Cant see how putting new Motors will help  Pump upgrade yes linking with another portable yes

If I remember correctly Mike H made a vac boaster using a buscuit tin when he was a porty user.

i had this problem when i chucked my phoenix in the skip, ive got a proper truckmount now so had no use for it. i was gonna use it as a back up for when my wife had a headache but i'm not sure its even powerful enough to do that. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
