static tank outdoor protection

Hi Guys, I want to get my poo sorted before the bad weather arrives. I have two 1000 litre ibc's which were originally bought for harvesting water off the roof, but I now want to use them for storing pure water for transfer to the van. Mainly to just speed things up at refill times. {Don't want to spend hours in the dark nights}
I am thinking of building a wooden shed type affair to house them but would obviously need to insulate it in case of sub zero temps.
My questions are to anyone with outside static tanks-
1. What do you house the tanks in?
2. How do you insulate/heat in the winter?
3. What type of submersible/other pump do you recommend?
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Light small, note, very small, fires underneath them. Mustn't big big fires, they must be very small, but enough to keep the cold away.

Your bad, Tom.
Not you're bad, just your bad, if you follow.
Good luck.
