yes they are great,i have a 14 inch one(dont tell all the girls ;)) i would never go back to a rigid squeegee
i wouldn't go for the wagtail flipper use your applicator

i just bought a flipper off ebay £36 with postage i wish i new before

Flipper's are fine for maintenance cleans, but for first cleans i normally use an applicator to give the glass a good scrub. I only use the wagtail for high internal glass though.

thats what i wanted it for high windows inside , i use a 22" blade and a monsoon mop  for the odd windows i cant do wfp.
i got a job coming up were there are loads of high windows all inside , im still thinking on getting one of those dragonfly things.

The wagtail is a brilliant addition , to your kit , but for me not a replacement ,, for polework i have given up on using its applicator , and realised  it saves on detailing
