how much would you charge

to do a gutter internal check and clean if necessary,a complete fascia
soffits etc clean and windows cleaned on a modern 3 bed
detached house.

just checking my pricing answers much appreciated :)

I chge 4pound per meter. for inside gutter and fascia and soffit

on one hand ..same as stu mac....its a grotty job...so put in a price thats worth it.....i try to never buy work i dont want....pricing low on this is shooting yourself in the foot

on the other hand...if its a regular job that you value...maybe price reasonably to keep them happy...if you dont, they may well look eldewhere for someone who will do it cheap...and then you MAY lose the windows all together!!

at least £80 .as for inside gutter clean depends how full they r.ok if u have a gutter vac .( wish i had sometimes )as the guys said it can b a bitch of a job .so dont under price ur self .

I agree with that, but if it is a good customer £80 or so, but still I hate doing it, so if anyone likes this type of work send me your details and I will pass it on for whatever beer deal is on at tecoes ;D honestly though I really hate it and don't have enough time for it so price high

ive charged £80 i knew there was a reason why i came
away disapointed with myself its a one off  clean i should of
charged more.

only consolation the gutter clean itself looks a doddle

£10 for the windows

£40 for the fascia/soffit/outside gutter clean.i dont clear gutters, they would have to get someone else.


did one today.it took me 45 mins to clean the windows and fascias.easy money!! ;) ;D ;D
price higher/work harder!

exterior clean is no problem

but def should of charged more for the internal gutter
clean

Just done one today gutters cleared ,all plastics,windows and con roof 220 pounds.and picked up another 3 in the same street next week

im thinking the one offs could be decent money.all in windows/plastics/conservatory

did it take you all day?

im thinking if i could get 2 jobs done a day at £150 each.id be happy with that. one day a week on top of my regular work.

took me just over three hours today i would of
been quicker if i had charged my battery properly

got another one in same cul de sac while i was
there charged more on this one£120 :)

£220 :o bloody hell staywhite i was just starting
to feel a little happier with my self and you come
along ;D ;D
