Have you changed/increased the amount of psi you're trying to put through it? I know one of my wands just refuses to work if I use anything over 500psi....

Is it the quick connect coupling. Had a guy the other day could only get his hand tool to work if he increased the revs when the whilst the trigger was pulled. If he just wound it up he wouldnt get any water.

We replaced everything and it eventually turned out to be the coupling.

It was a 421.

Hi Dennis

Of course, there isnt one in mine becuase I had to modify it (reverse connections) and did'nt allow for that going back in. Guess thats blocked the last bit of hose on the way up to the lip. Think I'll get a specialist to fix this one.
