Solar panel cleaning .... How ??

This is gonna be a good add on next year as quite a few getting put up on my round.

Anyone know how you clean em ?

Will be popping into a solar panel supplier near me next week to look into a poss link up or to get more info at least

just  had some installed myself on monday

the cleaning instructions are just wash with water and squeegee down

they  also say that they are self cleaning  ;D

think i will just pole them every 6 months

Yep there is definitely an add on potential with solar panels.

I would have thought that a once over with the wfp should be fine.

Would be good to hear from anyone who has spoken with a solar panel firm to confirm that ok to use wfp on them for sure.

yep i have the instructions in writing it is ok to wfp them

these are going to be easy  ;D



but i will have to get up the ladder to clean these ones  :-\

Get them web domains registered asap most of good ones gone managed to bag a few good ones though

Might be an idea to check your insurance policy to see if you are covered ??? Also having seen on here about the scratches on customers windows after doing a builders clean problem. Watch out for the customer who says " they were working OK before you touched them" Expensive bits of kit solar panels. :-X

Might be worth some kind of written disclaimer if the customer wants the panels cleaned?
