,so 3 quotes will be tendered.

So you're aware that cheapest will win.
I've got 120 chairs numerous settees and numerous other chairs to quote for on Saturday at a hotel. I've been told they have to get 3 quotes so the decision has to be made do I go with a decent price to me which means I won't get it, (a local TM user is already doing domestic carpets at less than £1/metre) or do I want the work and go at some hideously low price.
Decisions decisions. Quite busy at the moment so don't need to quote cheap work, but how can you tell what could be around the corner in 4 weeks time when you might be kicking your heels for work?

Whilst it's nice to bag all the money, having someone along to help out and cost it into the price is well worth it.

It's not expensive, you just can't afford it.

Likewise. My hotel came good and we were chosen not because we were cheapest but because we submitted the full package (RA, MS, Insur, etc etc) which as she said "There was no need to ask anything because it was all there other than sorting out the date."
