Definitely blue but I wouldn't use this logo if I were you.

Should they be up the other way?
if they are water droplets, they would be pointy end up.
Also, i think it should be white with the accents being blue, to tie in with the name

I like the idea that logo is "different", but by the comment's I think I need to get them re designed...
