VIRO-SOL Rocks my jobs !!!!

Best thing to do is have a dedicated fascia brush ! I have a SL DT Flocked with fans that i use on nothing but fascias.

If you want a sprayer pole without the cost of buyin a new pole, then heres something for you.

5L garden sprayer, connect up to enough hose (fe metres longer than your pole) and then cable tie the bits on

Viro-sol is one amazing product.

It just melts algae and dirt. I'm using 1:3 (viro-sol:water)

I can't recommend it enough

Dave - thats a strong mix !

How do you find using that in the summer months when the sun is out ?

Im using a 1:24 and getting great results from viro-sol !

I must admit i am generous with it. I'll think nothing of using 10L on a conny roof

i mainly just soak with water then scrub and rinse.i find that is usually enough for most jobs with green algae on them.saves faffing about with chemicals and risking getting it on the windows.

i use tfr on conservatory roofs if their really bad though.i apply with 5 litre pressure sprayer a few panels at a time then wfp them clean.

on domestics i can clean fascias/soffits/outside gutters in around 30 mins on 3-4 bedders if their not absolutely minging.good earning jobs to add on to window cleaning.£40-£50 to clean them and your laughing.

i use a sl dual trim mono brush specifically for these jobs and use a different one for window cleaning.

I use TFR, mixed at around 5% TFR to water, generously sprayed on with a garden pump sprayer left for around 3-5 mins to soak in, and then just brush off with WFP always connected to house external tap, I find you dont need 'Pure water' to rinse, after all the TFR has done all the work

Here's the results I get

Never had any problems with staining from TFR.
After all its only a very highly concentrated detergent, hense the 4% dilution.
Works every time for me and lots of others on this forum, try it.
