Hi guys got to quote a four bed house next week to have all the faschias and conservatory roof cleaned, Nervous about doing it as never done any before,
Would i be able to just use my waterfed pole brush to do everything using pure water and would it come clean?
Also what should i be looking at charging, Cheers guys

Hi if thay have outside tap use that first to get all the crap off, then wfp water to polish off, :Pcost well if you are doing all facias soffits gutters conservatory and windows £150.00 min. ::)Depends wot you want to earn an hour??

Heres what i use...

SL dual trim flocked with fans for the fascias (gets behind the gutters)
sill brush on the conny

I have a 5L sprayer i converted with a wfp to spray VIRO-SOL onto the fascias. I leave the chemical on there for 2 mins, then use the SL brush to rub it in, then wfp off.

Conny also gets the VIROSOL treatment .... sill brush makes it easier to clean the finals and gives a larger cleaning area from brush to roof.

The chemical makes the job easier in my opinion. i used to just wfp them, but since using the chemical i wouldnt go back to wfp only

Without seeing the house / conny its hard to say, but i did a 4 bed house (windows, fascias & conny) for £150... might give you an idea on price. Took about 4 hours in total (im pretty experienced at these jobs now)

Heres what I do.

hozelock pump spray bottle
Traffic film remover or similar
waterfed pole
garden tap

Spray the gutters along one elevation, avoid sprayinglass. Wfp from the tap all along the soffit and gutter. Wfp all windows with spray and tap continue for each elevation.

Have a cup of tea and a nice slice of homemade cake and an easy natter with the owner. If you like them suggest that you will finish off with an extra go with the super pure water only reserved for special reliable customers.

Regulars £60
less than regular £85 and apromise of a regular window job.
