Comments: This is a very compact residential round all on one very affluent estate. It comprises of 53 houses, they are all good regular payers by internet banking or they post a cheque. All bad payers and trouble makers have been gradually removed and what's left is a very easy round that is currently done by water-fed pole. It takes one man 2-3 days depending how long and fast you want to work. I know how good this round is and it has taken me 11 years to develop it to its current optimum state. I am only selling it as my current work life balance is tilted too much towards work and I want to free up some time. The work is mostly done monthly with some houses every 2 months. Also most of the customers with conservatory roofs have these cleaned on a regular 6 monthly rota. I haven't had the time or inclination to canvass the area for at least 5 years so the potential for growth should be good for someone with a bit of drive. No time wasters please

probably cause i asked if the price is negotiable. That is far to much. sounds like poor prices too

this round can do between 300-200 a day for one man???

this is good quality work i think its under priced, iv seen work go for lots more  when there lucky if they can do 120 a day.

not in this area ronnie. its not fantastic having 53 customers that brings in 600. thats about 11 quid a house. i could canvass up far better work that will bring in more and cost me about 1800 quid to get

i have bought a village off another shiner with 75 houses in. its priced about 4 quid off my usual prices. which is on average about 15/16 pound a house.

one man goes out and earns only 2/3rds they do when on my work i've canvassed up even though its more spread out. compact is only good when your pushing good prices

having well priced work spread out earns my business better money
