does anyone cover the warren estate in kingswood. too far for me but one of my customers has a property on there and wants it done monthly. let me know and i will pass on your number

Hi.  I work up that way.  Wouldn't be able to do monthly though.  6 weekly (meaning 6 - 8 weeks) or 12 weekly (meaning 12 - 16 weeks but for a higher rate than 6 weekly).  I won't be back up there till mid August though but could do the first clean out of sequence to get it started.
I use WFP so can access trickier windows if necessary.

Damn i missed it , never mind the Warren estate in Kingswood is notorious round here for terraced council houses , drugs , underage pregnancies , burnt out motors , gangs etc , it is so rough it is one of those places the police wont go it is similar to the North Pecham estate. You lot are welcome to it just remember to lock your vans when cleaning and go there first job when you dont have cash as muggings are commonplace.;D

You might not get many customers there but at least there's plenty of places to score  ;D
