aniline effect suite
« on: June 27, 2011, 08:15:20 am »
Hi i have suite to do quite heavily stained, I can only describe it as a modern fabric that looks like aniline, ie dark brown with fake scars, like the buffalo suites. You get this fabric on the carcass of leather suites sometimes. Its wet cleanable and seems quite porous as it goes dark when wet. Was going to do it as a faux suede, my question is how successful do you think I will be on the stains? (mainly drinks.)

Thanks paul

If it's the fabric I think it is (2 tone brown and black) then no the stains won't all come out, I have cleaned 2 of them they dry quite fast but the results aren't brilliant.
