Ian - good topic and what you are doing is excellent because keeping track on work the price and how long it
takes all keep your business on track

it will also help for quoting future work.

LWC - so how do you calculate your price ????

Ditto - prevoius post - if you can beat your quoted time and the work is still good - your up - but if the job has a problem (extra heavy bird stike - or equipment probs) and takes an extra 15 mins your down - that is life and business

remember when you are pricing, you will lose time due to travelling etc.

basic advice - think £1 a minute minimum.
I've never been to bed with an ugly bird but I've woken up with loads!
