I never givea quote without seeing the property and condition of windows NEVER
Up to now nor have I, but I figured I would try something new to see how it works.
I aim to knock doors and price where I can, but leave a flyer with a price at those that are not in. So I will see every house but some will catch me out as I wont be able to walk around the back.
I figured by putting "aproximate" on the flyer it gives me the opotunity to adjust the price if I find they have a granny annex, two connys and a swimming pool in the back garden hidden from view.
